Event or Problem Description
It was reported that patient underwent a femoral nailing procedure on (b)(6) 2025.During the procedure, the "clip" fell off of the frna aiming arm.Procedure was completed successfully with no delay.There was no patient consequence.

Additional information received states that there¿s no real allegation.The pins that hold the clip onto the aiming arm are missing.So the clip cannot be put back on.No one knows if the pins fell out when the clip fell out or whether the pins were missing and therefore the clip fell out.
