It was reported that bd alaris pump module smartsite texium infusion set was leaking.The following information was received by the initial reporter with the following verbatim.It was reported by customer that it was very high and at end of doxorubicin administration via ffiv, the chemo tubing was noted to be leaking where the texium clave is connected to chemo tubing.(the end of the chemo tubing where the clave is attached, not at the y-site) only a drop leaked onto chux.Chemo.
