Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, intra-operatively of laparoscopic robot assisted hepatectomy, during critical structure mobilization, the seal separated from the cannula hub of the trocar and fell into the cavity.The seal was retrieved from the abdominal cavity with a grasper.Another trocar was used to complete the case.There was no patient injury.
