Event or Problem Description
It was reported that during a total knee replacement surgery, two sutures broke while tightening the strand in tissue and during suturing.The issue occurred while closing the joint capsule, involving two defective sutures in the same event with the same patient.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
