Event or Problem Description
It was reported that during an endoscopy procedure the endotracheal tube broke.The tube broke at the connection between the tube and the vent.The breakage occurred when tried to disconnect the tube from the vent.The patient was reintubated and the procedure was completed without any harm to the patient.
