Event or Problem Description
It was reported that a patient underwent an unknown surgery on an unknown date and suture was used.During the procedure, the tensile strength of the suture seems to be abnormally low, it breaks easily when tightened.The thread feels also slippery, which affects the knot security negatively.No adverse patient consequences were reported.Additional information was requested.
