Stryker evaluated the customer's device and verified the reported issue.Stryker replaced the device's main keypad to resolve the reported issue.Proper device operation was observed through functional and performance testing and the device was returned to the customer for use.The cause of the issue was determined to be a worn keypad.

During routine preventative maintenance by stryker, it found that the customer's device's keypad was unresponsive.In this state the device may not be able to deliver defibrillation therapy if needed.There was no patient involvement reported with the event.
