Event or Problem Description
It was reported by the customer that after radical mastectomy for breast cancer, the nurse manager carried out picc intubation operation for the patient at 10:00 on march 6, the intubation process went smoothly, and the guidewire was withdrawn to install the lou gehrig's connector, and in the process of installing the connector, the lou gehrig's connector flank broke, and the patient was immediately replaced with a spare lou gehrig's connector, and the patient's picc intubation operation went smoothly without any adverse consequences to the patient.No further information provide.
