Stryker informed the customer that the device was at its end of life of service.The customer mentioned that they are going to remove the device from service.The device was not returned to stryker for evaluation.The cause of the reported issue could not be determined.

The customer contacted stryker to report that their device would not power on.In this state, the device would be inoperable and defibrillation therapy would not be available if needed.There was no patient use associated with the reported event.
