Event or Problem Description
The doctor reported that the implant was placed on (b)(6) 2023, osseointegration confirmed on (b)(6) 2023, implant restored (b)(6) 2024 and removed (b)(6) 2025 due to loss of osseointegration approximately 2 years and 6 days after implant placement.Bone quality around the area was type ii, and oral hygiene around the implant was good.Peri-implantitis and mobile implant were observed during the implant removal surgery.Bone augmentation material was not used in implant placement surgery.The patient will need another surgical intervention.
