Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, while the surgeon was tying off the thread to use as a continuous suture, the ligature snapped even without excessive pulling and not being at the needle.The issue happened twice.

Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, during the cesarean section, while the surgeon was tying off the thread to use as a continuous suture, the ligature snapped twice even without excessive pulling and not being at the needle.There was no patient injury.
