Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the patient experienced bradycardia, unknown symptoms, and premature ventricular contractions (pvc).The patient stated that implantable pulse generator (ipg) had an issue and their heart rate was below the lower rate of the ipg.The ipg remains in use.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.

Event or Problem Description
It was noted that the patients lower rate is set in the eighties too override pvcs and his blood pressure cuff can not feel the pvcs therefore can not accurately calculate heart rate.
