As reported, approximately 3 years post the previous left shoulder surgery, the patient presented to the surgeon's prior to surgery with a dislocated shoulder. In situ humeral liner was removed and the surgeon trialed with a thicker humeral liner trial.Upon determining that the thicker liner provided the stability desired, the surgeon implanted the thicker liner. There was no reported breakage of a device or surgical delay/prolongation.The patient was last known to be in stable condition following the event.
