It was reported that a patient underwent a left total knee arthroplasty procedure on (b)(6) 2025 and absorbable hemostat was used. The patient was admitted to the hospital and completed relevant examinations. After excluding surgical contraindications, the surgery was performed from 9:15 to 10:24, and hemostatic gauze was used during the surgery. No abnormalities were found during the use process, the placement was smooth, and the patient was discharged after the surgery and followed up regularly.307 days after the surgery, the patient was admitted to the hospital for postoperative wound infection of the knee joint. The patient's left knee joint had good range of motion, but there was still intermittent pain. After the patient was admitted to the hospital, relevant examinations were completed, and the left knee joint was punctured and fluid was drawn for bacterial culture and identification, indicating dysgalactiae streptococcus infection. The patient's imaging examination showed the formation of a translucent zone around the prosthesis, which was consistent with signs of infectious loosening of the prosthesis, and surgery was performed.Postoperative sequential anti-infection, local injection, nutritional support, symptomatic support and other treatments.Additional information was requested.
