Event or Problem Description
Medtronic received information regarding a imaging system being used during a sacroiliac and thoracolumbar procedure.It was reported that after docking the gantry, a collision zone error appeared on the pendant.The representative checked again about 15 minutes later and the error was cleared. patient was present.There was less than one hour of surgical delay and no impact on patient outcome.
