Event or Problem Description
During an ablation procedure, it was reported that towards the end of the last ablation, the user noticed that heat was not observed on the software while firing the laser. The clinical specialist went to investigate inside the mr room and noticed that the portable connector module (pcm) to nb3 probe connection was thermally fused. The physician was already satisfied with the extent of the ablation at that point so the ablation was concluded. There were no patient complications reported in relation to this event.
