Event or Problem Description
It was reported that approximately 3 years and 1 month following the implant of this transcatheter bioprosthetic valve, valve stenosis was noted. The site also reported hypo-attenuated leaflet thickening with measurements at 3 mm at the right coronary cusp, 1.5 mm at the left coronary cusp, and 3 mm at the non-coronary cusp.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
