Event or Problem Description
It was reported that a black hair was observed inside the unopened sterile package of a mc2 two stage venous cannula.The foreign material (fm) was visible through the clear plastic material.The sterile barrier remained sealed when the foreign material was identified.The device was replaced to complete the case.There was no patient involved.
