Event or Problem Description
It was reported that during a laparoscopic cholecystectomy procedure, at the beginning of the procedure, when the clipper was inserted, the device began to leak carbon dioxide, and the cannula seal was damaged.The device was replaced with another one to resolve the issue and complete the case.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
