Event or Problem Description
It was reported that while using the intra-aortic balloon during the process of performing a cardiac intervention surgery, the patient encountered a situation where the guidewire got stuck in the balloon of the aortic balloon catheter and its associated device, preventing the balloon from being properly implanted.No injuries to personnel.
