H2-h6: a software analysis was initiated.Logs did not further capture if the image was straight or rotated by few degrees.Archive had one stealth archive and raw exam both showing one computed tomography (ct) type of modality exam. The image looked straight in the exams and analysts could not notice any issue with rotation of the scan.It was suspected that there was an issue with the scanner while setting the scan/image properties. There was insufficient information to determine whether a software anomaly contributed to reported behavior.Codes b01, c19, and d15 are applicable to this analysis.Medtronic submits this report to comply with fda regulations 21 cfr parts 4 and 803.Medtronic has made reasonable efforts to provide as much relevant information as is available to the company as of the submission date of this report. This report does not constitute an admission or a conclusion by fda, medtronic, or its employees that the device, medtronic, or its employee caused or contributed to the event described in the report.Any required fields that are unpopulated are blank because the information is currently unknown or unavailable.Medtronic will submit a supplemental report if additional relevant information becomes known.
