Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter during a laparoscopic-assisted myomectomy, during closing the trocar hole by suturing ten minutes after the removal of the suture from the packaging.The needle and thread were broken.The suture was removed and a new one was used to resolve the issue.There was no patient injury.
