Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the handpiece device had an unspecified failure.During service and evaluation, it was determined that the device ran in the locked position, had noise, broken diamond key and failed pre-test for safety check.This event did not occur during surgery.There were no reports of injuries, medical intervention or prolonged hospitalization.All available information has been disclosed.
