It was reported that bd us cathena 22gx1.00in straight bc leaked it was reported by the customer that iv lot that was leaking blood out of the catheter when it was placed.Verbatim: rcc received a complaint via email.Hematology/oncology at (b)(6) had an iv lot that was leaking blood out of the catheter when it was placed.They have pulled them from stock, placed a sers.
