Event or Problem Description
It was reported that an electrical reset was noted on a reveal linq implantable cardiac monitor during an in-office device check.There was an inability to clear the reset, and the device might have been at end of service.The device remained implanted.The patient was discontinued from carelink.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
