Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, during the final esophagus-stomach anastomosis using the collard modification, the black firing knob stop ped midway.It was noted that it was possible to pull back the black firing knob.Another new cartridge was taken out to resolve the issue.There was no patient injury.
