Event or Problem Description
According to the reporter, during a laparoscopic radical resection of colon cancer under general anesthesia, the needle broke when the first stitch was made.The surgeon then immediately found the remaining part of the needle, quickly took it out, replaced it with a new needle, and then sutured to complete the case.It was also noted that the operation time was prolonged.There was no patient injury.
