Event or Problem Description
It was reported an animal underwent an unknown veterinary procedure in 2025 and suture was used.During the procedure, it was reported by the account contact that during an unknown procedure, the 2 suture in the same box is trivial and easily broke.The device is not available for return.They just wanted to report the faulty product.No adverse patient consequences were reported.Additional information was requested.
