Event or Problem Description
This report is based on information provided by philips remote service personnel and will be investigated by the philips complaint handling team.Philips received a complaint on the tempus pro indicating that during a patient event, the tempus pro would not stay powered on.The battery appeared to be properly seated and the device would power on, but after a few seconds would lose power.It was noted the battery would not stay seated in the device.The device was in use on a patient at the time of the event, however no patient or user health consequences or harm was reported.
