This follow-up report is being submitted to relay corrected/ additional information. The following sections were corrected/added: b1, b2, h6: health effect - clinical code, type of investigation, investigation findings and investigation conclusions. The revision reported was likely the result of humeral loosening and prosthesis wear of the glenoid component. The wear observed on the glenoid component likely resulted from eccentric loading due to superior migration of the humeral component relative to the glenoid. However, loosening and the series of events cannot be confirmed and potential contributions of user or patient-related considerations to the event could not be assessed as the devices were not returned for evaluation and initial post-operative radiographs were not provided.Should additional relevant information be obtained, a follow-up mdr will be submitted accordingly.
