Event or Problem Description
It was reported that a patient underwent an unknown procedure on an unknown date and suture was used.Post-op, the patient experienced keloid formation, suture abscess, and increased post-op soft tissue infection since undergoing the elective surgery. It was opined by the surgeon that, since changing sutures, the event was due to the suture's longer reabsorption time.Additional information was requested.
