Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the drill displays all four lights when plugged into charger but nothing happens when they use the drill.Verified they have tried using the drill with it plugged in and with it disconnected from the charger.No other information provided, at this time.

H11: section a through f - the information provided by bd represents all of the known information at this time.Despite good faith efforts to obtain additional information, the complainant / reporter was unable or unwilling to provide any further patient, product, or procedural details to bd.The device was returned to the service facility for evaluation.During evaluation, the reported issue of customer's drill displays all four lights when plugged into charger but nothing happens when they use the drill.Verified they have tried using the drill with it plugged in and with it disconnected from the charger was confirmed.The reported issue is confirmed.The io drill shows 4 green led lights when connected to a charger but does not function when the trigger is pressed.This is due to an internal failure within the drill.
