Event or Problem Description
Consumer reported complaint for the trueplus pen needles.Wife is calling on behalf of the customer; the customer was not at home at the time of the call.Customer reported complaint for inaccurate dispense, stating the insulin was not going through the pen needles and would be dispensed all over the floor.The package was not open or damaged when received by the customer.The customer has been using the product since (b)(6) 2025.At the time of the call the customer felt well and did not report any symptoms.No medical intervention related to the use of the product was reported.
