Event or Problem Description
During the index procedure 4 in.Pact av access balloons were used to treat the venous outflow, brachiocephalic/svc stent, cephalic arch.Approximately 14 months post procedure patient suffered scv in stent restenosis of the avf.Svc in stent restenosis (index lesion) successfully treated with 12mm drug coated balloon angioplasty with near complete resolution.No immediate complications, discharged home same day.Patient recovered.
