Event or Problem Description
It was reported that these spinal cord stimulation (scs) devices were replaced due to an unknown reason.The location of the devices is unknown.No additional adverse patient effects were reported.Additional information was received stating that these scs adapters were intended to be implanted alongside non boston scientific leads.However, due to impedance issues presented by those leads, the adapters were not used.Postoperatively, the patient was doing great.The devices were discarded by the hospital and will not be returned for analysis.
