Event or Problem Description
It was reported that a patient underwent a revision procedure approximately 6 months post implantation due to implant disassociation and massive glenoid erosion.The patient was converted to a hemiarthoplasty and will be implanted with a custom baseplate on an unknown date in the future.Attempts have been made and additional information on the reported event is unavailable at this time.
