Additional Manufacturer Narrative
H3) the manufacturer representative went to the site to test the imaging system. They were unable to duplicate the issue.Review of logs indicated several door open presses that lasted between 1 and 2 seconds at the reported time of issue. There were no errors indicated and as the rotor was near 192 degrees when the door was trying to be opened the operator likely thought nothing was happening, even though the system was going through the motions to open the door.If the door open button had been held down longer the doors would have opened.Operator did send the rotor to 180 degrees and then press the door open button again and successfully open the door.Performed system checkout.System functions as intended.Medtronic submits this report to comply with fda regulations 21 cfr parts 4 and 803.Medtronic has made reasonable efforts to provide as much relevant information as is available to the company as of the submission date of this report. This report does not constitute an admission or a conclusion by fda, medtronic, or its employees that the device, medtronic, or its employee caused or contributed to the event described in the report.Any required fields that are unpopulated are blank because the information is currently unknown or unavailable.Medtronic will submit a supplemental report if additional relevant information becomes known.
