Additional Manufacturer Narrative
Correction to d9 (product available to stryker) and h6(device code). The complaint couldn't be confirmed, since the returned image for evaluation don't matches the alleged failure. The investigation revealed the following: following our inspection of the x-ray images, we can confirm that one wire is no longer connected to the wire bolt. However, it is not possible to determine from the images whether the wire is broken or simply disconnected. No other abnormalities are visible. For a comprehensive evaluation, we kindly request that the material be returned to us.A review of the device history was not possible because the lot number was not communicated. No corrective actions are required at this time.A review of the labeling did not indicate any abnormalities.Indications of material, manufacturing, or design related problems were unable to be identified as the lot number was not communicated.More detailed information about the complaint event must be available in order to determine the root cause of the complaint event. If the device is returned or if any additional information is provided, the investigation will be reassessed.
