H6: a review of the manufacturing records for the device verified that the lot met all pre-release specifications.Product investigation report conclusion: the findings from the evaluation are consistent with the reported leakage, as water was observed leaking from the valve fill port stopcock. The cause for the stopcock leakage is attributed to a manufacturing deficiency of the supplied stopcock.A supplier corrective action report (scar) is currently open to investigate this failure, and this observation is within the scope of that scar.
