Event or Problem Description
It was reported that the implantable cardioverter defibrillator (icd) delivered an inappropriate shock for a detected ventricular tachycardia (vt) episode that was suspected to be atrial tachycardia/atrial fibrillation (at/af).The icd remains in use.No further patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
