Event or Problem Description
Complainant alleged that during biomed testing, the device powered on without display.Complainant indicated that there was no patient involvement in the reported malfunction.

The device was returned to zoll medical corporation; the customer's report was duplicated and attributed to an lcd color display cable not properly seated to a connector.The lcd cable was reseated to resolve the report.The device was recertified and returned to the customer.Analysis for reports of this type has not identified an increase in trend.
