It was reported that the manufacturer representative was unable to pass the connectivity test, despite trying multiple external neurostimulators (ens), lead test cables, and two tablets, with the same result each time.Technical services reviewed with the representative that the impedances were greater than 5k ohms, and as long as the impedance remains high, the connectivity test will not pass.Replacing the lead resolved the issue.Additional information was received from the manufacturer representative indicating that the issue occurred during the first implant surgery.
