Additional Manufacturer Narrative
The device was received by spacelabs healthcare and evaluated by an equipment service center technician. The technician noted that the device had a lot of dust built up in the unit and the fan on the video card was not functional.Additionally, there was damage found on the main board and the front cover of the device. The customer was advised that due to the age of their device and part obsolescence their xhibit central station was no longer repairable, and that they would need to replace the device. The customer accepted the replacement and a new device was shipped to them for use.
