It was reported that the right atrial (ra) lead exhibited noise on stored episodes, leading to errant episodes being recorded by the device and the right ventricular (rv) lead exhibited chronic out-of-range, low pacing impedance.The leads remain in use.No patient complications have been reported as a result of this event.
