Investigation confirmed that the creation of an internal air pocket is a known issue that occurs when the device is not connected to the igloo to remove any built up air.The on-site representative connected the device to the igloo and the issue self-resolved.The device is intended to be connected to the igloo to charge prior to a case, so the build up of air is expected to resolve before clinical procedures.
