It was reported that the johnson and johnson (jnj) intraocular lens (iol) was explanted in a secondary procedure due to a mechanical complication.The patient experienced a decrease in visual acuity.There were no complications such as a vitrectomy, incision enlargement, or sutures.The patient¿s outcome was described as ¿good.¿ johnson and johnson performed follow-up to get more details, but the customer indicated that there is no more information available.
