Event or Problem Description
It was reported that after the preloaded multifocal toric intraocular lens (iol) was implanted in the right eye, the patient complained of severe glare and halos, including seeing rings around lights while driving at night.It was reported that an iol exchange was planned; the lens will be removed and replaced with a light adjustable lens.The patient¿s uncorrected distance visual acuity (udva) was 20/20 as of (b)(6) 2025.Through follow up, it was learned that the lens was explanted on (b)(6) 2025 and was discarded.No further information was provided.
