Event or Problem Description
It was reported that this inflatable penile prosthesis (ipp) exhibited kinking in the left cylinder at the site of the previous graft.The grafting was suspected to be the cause of the kinking.A surgical procedure was performed to remove the ipp.No patient complications were reported.
