Event or Problem Description
It was reported that during a gastric sleeve, while sealing a mesentery, after a few good seals, the device stopped sealing, there was no evidence of energy delivery, no re-grasp alert or other error occurred, and end tones were heard.The jaws were cleaned frequently, there was no bleeding, but the procedure was extended for 5 minutes while another device that worked successfully with the generator was sourced from the stock room.
