Event or Problem Description
Medtronic received information regarding a thermal therapy system being used during a soft tissue ablation (neuro) procedure.It was reported that the catheter was tight when trying to insert the stiffening stylet.New catheter needed to be opened.There was no delay and no impact on patient outcome.
